Delivery and Shipping
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered and which shipping method you chose.
We can not take any responsibility for delays due to custom borders.

or pick-up from our store in Vienna (June-August only)

Priority Post, 4-7 working days, 7€ (free for orders above 250€)
or DHL Express, 1-3 working days, 17€
EU:
Priority Post, 4-7 working days, 10€ (free for orders above 200€)
or DHL Express, 1-3 working days, 18€
SWITZERLAND:
Priority Post, 4-7 working days, 10€ (free for orders above 200€)

UK, Canada, USA, Japan, Norway:
Priority Post, 5-15 working days, 15€

Rest of the World:

Returns and Exchanges (EU):
Within 14 days you can return any item without any reason given - please return items undamaged and unused.
You will get a full refund of the goods, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
For return shippings please use your preferred courier service. We will not cover the costs for the return shipment.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused.
If you would like to exchange an item you can do so by returning the item within 14 calendar days and adding a note or by writing an e-mail to info@rendl.co
Please rather exchange an item than placing a new order.
Returns and exchanges (non-EU):
Please contact us per email upfront if you would like to return or exchange any item from a non EU country, we will then guide you how to declare the shipment for custom border:
Please not that we can not cover fees for customs and custom service fees by couriers, therefore please make sure to declare the return packages correctly, we will guide you through it. The original invoice and original custom declaration need to be attached to the outside of the package. If these documents are missing a service charge may be deducted from your refund.
